Monica was honored at the Women In 9-1-1 Social Hour for her invaluable contributions to the committee as co-founder and co-chair over the past four years. 

Session | Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Mental Wellness
Monica presented with John Persano, Senior Business Development Manager for 911 and Justice and Public Safety at AWS, on how artificial intelligence and machine learning can help emergency communications centers measure and respond to mental wellness needs in their employees. 

Session | CC:IPS  Collaborative Coalition for International Public Safety Update
Monica moderated an esteemed panel discussing the international efforts toward improving emergency number services globally. The panelists were:
